At Apollo BBC, your pay will be strongly influenced by the results you deliver and by our overall business performance. Compensation opportunities include base pay, productivity bonuses, and performance bonus. Productivity Bonus Program
Portions of the compensation is included as productivity bonus, based on your project billable hours. This bonus can be in the form of additional time off to be used whenever appropriate, or in the form of cash – your choice to make every pay period.
Performance Bonus
The performance bonus is a method that we use to share corporate profits with our professional personnel. This annual bonus is in the form of cash and is determined by individual effort, productivity, and the overall performance of the firm.
