Jessica Theibout is a consultant with Apollo BBC. Her responsibilities include building enclosure consulting, peer design review, field evaluation and testing, and project management. Apollo BBC provides its expertise and integrated services, including building envelope and mechanical systems consulting, to its clients nationwide.
In addition to managing projects, Ms. Thiebout is a technical expert in the installation, assembly, and failure analysis of building envelope elements such as windows, walls, and roofs as well as parking garage structures, driveways, and plaza decks. She is experienced in dealing with new construction as well as retrofit and repair applications. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Master of Architecture degree from Texas A&M University. Her key professional focuses include forensic analysis of assemblies, structural systems analysis and design, and sustainable design.
Ms. Thiebout is a an active member in the American Institute of Architects, the United States Green Building Council, Texas Gulf Coast Chapter, and the International Concrete Repair Institute.
Prior to joining Apollo BBC, Jessica developed her skills in building envelope analysis and repair working with a Chicago firm specializing in improving the performance of building exterior walls, roofs, and garages. She is highly experienced in performing investigations into performance problems in distressed and deteriorated building enclosure systems, including concrete, masonry, curtain wall, and roof assemblies.
