1254 Enclave Parkway is a 354,000 square foot, Class A office building with a multi-level parking garage. The building is LEED CS 2.0 Gold Certified. Apollo BBC consultants also managed the LEED consulting effort for the 280,000 DOW Chemical Tenant Space that also achieved LEED Gold Certification.

Dupont Office Building - Willmington, Delaware
The new 5-story, 220,000 square foot office building in Wilmington, Delaware is a part of the initial phase of Dupont’s planned expansion to their corporate campus. Apollo BBC consultants helped provide quality assurance reviews that focused on the operational performance and constructability of the wall and roof systems, performed on-site building enclosure consulting and performance testing, and a limited review of the HVAC mechanical systems.

The Reserve at Sierra Pines - The Woodlands, Texas
The Reserve at Sierra Pines is a 183,600 square foot, Class Aoffice building located in the heart of the Woodlands. The facility is The Woodlands’ first LEED-certified building, constructed of materials that contain content that has been recycled or made regionally. Designed to maximize energy performance, the building features HVAC selected to minimize emissions and reduce indoor air contaminants.

711 Polk High Rise - Houston, Texas
The 711 Polk Street building was constructed in 1962. It is comprised of a 28-story, 558,863 square foot structure with three levels of underground parking. As a part of the effort to convert the building into a new Omni Hotel, Apollo BBC provided professional assistance by evaluating and designing renovations to the exterior of the building.
