Central Permitting Center -

This 4-story, 183,000 square foot building was originally a 100-year old rice warehouse, located on the northwest edge of downtown Houston. Apollo BBC consultants helped transform this historic building into multi-department offices for the City of Houston. The building is a LEED Certified facility.

Aberdeen, Maryland
This four-story development comprises approximately 132,000 square feet, primarily used as core and shell space to be built out for office tenant use. Apollo BBC was engaged to satisfy the Fundamental Building Systems Commissioning prerequisit for LEED-CS Gold Certification.

Kendall Library - Houston, Texas
The new Belle Sherman Kendall Library and community center is a 28,000 square foot building and is the first combined library and community center to be built in Houston. The facility is LEED Silver Certified and is the city’s first three-story public library.

The South Padre Island Convention Center required retro-commissioning services to restore the automatic operation of the Building Automation System (BAS) controls and mechanical equipment serving the offices, main entrance, kitchen, and exhibition hall of the convention center.

The development is a new three story, 99,000 square foot building primarily used as core and shell space. The building is LEED Gold Certified. Apollo BBC consultants also performed building enclosure consulting for water leakage occuring throughout the building and managed the LEED Certification process. The building is LEED Gold Certified.

Advanced Data Storage - Brenham, Texas
The Advanced Data Storage facility is an approximately 58,000 square foot storage and office building currently pursuing LEED Certification. The warehouse was constructed to store important electronic and print resources away from coastal areas in the aftermath of a hurricane.

Textron Manufacturing Headquarters - Chihuahua, Mexico
The Textron Manufacturing Warehouse is a 120,000 industrial building located inside a new industrial park. The building is the first of 10 buildings within the park to be developed as a build-to-suit project, with its final use as manufacturing. The building is currently pursuing LEED Certification.

Atascocita Springs Elementary - Humble, Texas
Atascocita Springs Elementary School is a 114,000 square foot, two story high performance school designed to serve 950 students from Kindergarten through the 5th Grade. Humble Independent School District designed and constructed this facility to be completely energy and resource efficient, earning LEED for Schools Certification.
