Textron Manufacturing Headquarters - Chihuahua, Mexico
The Textron Manufacturing Warehouse is a 120,000 industrial building located inside a new industrial park. The building is the first of 10 buildings within the park to be developed as a build-to-suit project, with its final use as manufacturing. The building is currently pursuing LEED Certification.

Shell Oil Tape Storage Building - Houston, Texas
The 2-story Shell Tape Storage Building was a part of several analysis’s that were utilized by Shell in their development of an overall hurricane preparedness strategy for the Shell Information Center campus to mitigate the effects of associated with winds and rainfall associated with a Category 5 hurricane.

Toshiba Industries Warehouse - Houston, Texas
The Toshiba Industries Warehouse is a 22,000 square foot building was constructed in 2004. Subsequent to the original construction, a cracking problem was noticed by Toshiba personnel, and become progressively worse. Our services helped the architect formulate a plan to mitigate the cracking problem and provide a long-term solution.
