Shamberger Apartments - Dallas, Texas
The Shamburger mixed use development is a 332,000 square foot, 5-story building with 9,100 square feet of ground-level retail space. Our construction phase quality assurance site visits are being performed to verify the installation of all of the building’s systems and components match the owners’ requirements and specifications. The 417 apartments will be ready for move-in by the summer of 2012.

Milago Condominiums - Austin, Texas
Milago Condominiums is a 13-story, 289,000 square foot residential building and 4-story parking garage.

Braeswood Place Apartments - Houston, Texas
Braeswood Place Luxury Apartments is a 340-unit, approximately 400,000 square foot complex. Our consultants performed a review of the available construction drawings, submittals, and previous damage assessments pertaining to the roof installation.

Scope of services: Building evaluation consulting and roof inspections followed by thermographic imaging to assess the damage to the roof after a hurricane hit the area.

Bering Apartments – Houston, Texas
The Bering mixed-use apartment complex is 393,400 square foot, eight-story facility is primarily a residential development with retail space and a parking structure. Apollo BBC professionals reviewed the structural design documents to determine whether the residential tower and parking garage structure were designed to counteract anticipated loading and movement. Our structural review comprised examining the foundation, slab on ground, and structural framing. As part of this effort, we performed select computational analysis via modeling software. The development is currently under construction.

Avenue Lofts - Austin, Texas
The Avenue Lofts condominium building was constructed circa 1925. Problems at the facility included extensive water infiltration through the windows, perimeter walls, and foundation, as well as deterioration of the stucco exterior façade.  Restoration comprised extensive waterproofing renovations, stucco repair, window replacement, below-grade waterproofing, and foundation drain installation.

Scope of services: Apollo BBC evaluated, designed, and implemented a repair strategy for the exterior facade restoration.

Palisade Palms - Galveston, Texas
The Palisade Palms Condominium project consists of two, 30-story residential towers totaling 780,000 square feet. The 280 residential units range in size and are connected by a common area and a 370 car parking facility. This sophisticated development was designed to supply residents with panoramic views over the Gulf of Mexico.

Inwood Manor - Houston, Texas
The Inwood Manner is a 17 story, 262,000 square foot, condominium complex. It features 110 units, a pool, formal gardens, exercise room, and party rooms. The complex was constructed in 1962 and retrofit with air conditioning systems in 1973.

Eibands Condominiums - Galveston, Texas
The Eibands Building is a four story, load-bearing brick structure, that was originally constructed in 1870. It has since been renovated as a mixed-use residential building with 24 spacious luxury condominiums. During the renovation, an exterior corner of the load baring perimeter brick wall became unstable and threatened to fall and damage nearby structures. 

Scope of services: Rapid response services, designing and implementing the emergency wall stabilization systems for the rehabilitation of the wall.
